“And as He stands in victory
Sin’s curse has lost its grip on me
For I am His and He is mine
Bought with the precious blood of Christ”
Palm Sunday Worship
April 13 @ 10:30am
On this day in history, Jesus rode into the city of Jerusalem for his final week on earth. Thousands of witnesses lined the streets and shouted his praises. What was He doing? It was the beginning of the climax of His complete undoing of the cosmic curse of sin on humanity.
Sermon - “Undoing the Curse” (Matthew 21:1-11)
Maundy Thursday SErvice
April 17 @ 5:00pm
This is a unique experiential service. We’ll have various stations set-up throughout the evening for - (1) prayer for the world, (2) personal reading/reflection, and (3) meeting for a special Lord’s Supper around a literal table. The whole service points to the great Love of Jesus. Jesus confronted the curse of sin with unfathomable love for humans.
Sermon - “Confronting the Curse” (John 13)
Good Friday Service
April 18 @ 2:00pm
During Jesus’s last hour, while he hung in agony on the cross, we gather to listen to the Spirit of God, to remember the great Substitute, and to reflect on the One who gave it all for us. We come in quiet, and we leave in silent awe. Jesus didn’t just defeat the curse for us — He did so by becoming the curse in our place.
Sermon - “Becoming the Curse” (Galatians 3:13-14)
